What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning service?Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with our service, please let us know before we leave your home, or within 24 hours if you weren't present during the cleaning. We’ll promptly return to make things right, at no extra charge.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or entry code so we can clean while they’re away. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too. We’ll work around your schedule.
